All Purchases from The Healing Company are guaranteed to improve the quality of your sleep. Customer has 90 days from the time the item is received to return for a full refund of the purchase price less a small fee to cover our expenses*. The only limitation to this worry-free guarantee is that you must try your new memory foam topper, pad or mattress for at least 14 days from time of delivery. Like any change, your bed will take time to adjust to. We ask that you give your new bed a try, we are sure you will love it.
Details Of All Terms
It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect the memory foam for any freight damage or manufacturer's defects and report to us within 3 days. Memory foam damaged in shipping will be exchanged for another new item at no cost to the customer. Customer has 90 days from the time the item is received to return for a full refund of the purchase price, less a $50 fee for toppers and a $200 fee for mattresses.
All returns must be picked up by our shipping agents on or before the 90th day of your trial, starting from the date you received your product. Returned memory foam items must be received in "like new" condition in the original packaging and materials. When your return has been approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Code or they will be refused by our receiving department. Customers must call 619-342-3145 to obtain a Return Authorization Code. It is recommended that you take pictures to document the condition of your product before shipment to our facility.
Please Note: Toppers and mattresses that have been compressed for more than thirty days cannot be returned, as memory foam can be irreparably damaged when compressed for long periods of time. Please unpack your product as soon as it arrives. All mattress foundations must be received as they were sent out, with original packaging and all pieces included. Foundations with missing, damaged, or misplaced parts will not be accepted for return.
Cancellation: Customers who cancel or refuse delivery of shipped merchandise will be charged for all shipping costs and assessed a 10% restocking fee. Customers who cancel their order prior to shipment will be assessed a six percent fee to cover credit card processing fees.
Please Note: All memory foam products are made to order. As such, all mattresses and toppers have a fault tolerance of plus or minus 1" (one inch) on each side.
Pillows: Pillows are considered a personal hygiene item, and therefore cannot be returned under any circumstances. All pillow sales are final.
*A flat fee of $50 will be assessed for returned toppers, and a $200 fee for all returned mattresses. Mattress foundations returned without the mattress will be subject to a 100.00 shipping and handling fee.
